Great response from franchise owner from initial contact through entire process. I had an entire truck load on the second floor, with several items that needed to be saved. They took care to place the items in a remote corner and quickly get rid of the rest. Then they tackled outside storage area as well as more from under the house.

Everything went without a hitch. The efforts that they go to to donate or place items for use is an huge benefit as well. The cot certainly seemed worth it to me.
